Exporter Role Policy
The Exporter Role is strictly reserved for buyers who purchase products from Pakistan for export purposes. Pakistani citizens residing abroad are not eligible for this role — such registrations may be declined.
Buyers from Sialkot or nearby cities may visit our factory during working hours in person (or send their authorized representative) to inspect and purchase ready products.
Buyers located in other cities who cannot visit personally can request shipment as per their instructions. All transportation, courier, and handling charges will be borne by the buyer. Variety Scissors shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damage during transit.
Buyers from distant areas who purchase without physical inspection are offered a 7-day return option for ready stock only — provided the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition. Custom-made or special orders are non-returnable. All return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Payment Terms
Payments are accepted only via cash or instant bank transfer. Cheques, credit, or deferred payments are not accepted. Buyers from outside Sialkot must make advance payment after order confirmation. If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Product Inspection & Returns
Customers purchasing from our factory are required to inspect products thoroughly before confirming purchase. Buyers from other cities may order from the available ready stock displayed by the factory. If the delivered goods are not satisfactory, the buyer may return them to the factory under the conditions mentioned above. If a buyer wishes to have products made according to custom requirements, the buyer or their representative must visit the factory in person.
Once the order is confirmed:
• It cannot be cancelled.
• Finished goods cannot be returned.
• If the product does not meet the agreed specifications, Variety Scissors will correct or replace it — but refunds are not issued.
• After completion of purchase, all goods are considered Non-Returnable.
Custom Orders
Products can be customized or made-to-order based on the buyer’s specific requirements. All such custom orders require 100% advance payment. No changes or cancellations are allowed once production has started.

Wholesaler Role Policy
Each product has a clearly defined minimum quantity required for wholesale purchase. Wholesalers may first place a sample order to check product quality and workmanship before confirming a bulk order.
If the final bulk order differs from the approved sample, Variety Scissors will remake the products to meet the approved standard. Refunds are not applicable once production has begun.
All wholesale orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Delivery timelines depend on product quantity and order specifications. The expected completion and dispatch date are communicated once the order is confirmed.
Retailer Role Policy
Each product has a specified minimum order quantity for retailers, usually around 25 pieces per item unless otherwise stated.
All retailer orders must be fully paid in advance. Shipping costs and arrangements will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Retail purchases are non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Requests for exchange, correction, or replacement are subject to prior approval and must be made within 7 days of receipt.
End User Policy
End users purchasing directly from the website acknowledge that products are manufactured primarily for professional and commercial use.
No warranty, replacement, or return option is available for end-user purchases made directly from the website. All sales are considered final once confirmed and shipped.
